Zachary Hebert
Owner & Master Electrician
Zachary Hebert, a Southern Indiana native, started ZAHS in 2021 after working as an Industrial Electrician on large scale construction projects in the Louisville area. Zach is involved in the Electrical Industry as an Owner/Master Electrician, a Board Member for Independent Electrical Contractors, and is currently in the National Emerging Leaders Program for IEC National. In his free time Zach can be found coaching T-Ball, leading the All Pro Dad program at his kids' school, and spending time with his son, daughter, and lovely wife.
Nathan Proctor
Lead Installation Technician
Nathan Proctor, a Certified Electrical Apprentice, is a skilled residential electrician. As one of the ZAHS Van Leaders, Nathan has a passion for learning, perfect attendance in trade school, and a caffeine fueled dedication to quality work. Nathan spends his free time hanging out with friends, playing video games and listening to music.
Alexander Elslager
Lead Installation Technician
Alex Elslager, a Certified Electrical Apprentice, has years of experience in residential installations and troubleshooting. He is known for his steady work ethic and strong leadership skills making him a valuable asset to ZAHS as one of the Van Leaders. In his free time you will find him on the disc golf course, singing in Voces Novae, and spending time with his wife.
Garrett Applegate
Electrical Apprentice
Garrett, a 2018 Charlestown High School graduate, served 3 years as a U.S. Army infantryman before returning to Southern Indiana. He joined the ZAHS team in 2025 and is a Certified Electrical Apprentice currently enrolled at Independent Electrical Contractors – Kentuckiana. Known for his strong work ethic and dedication, Garrett is skilled in residential electrical work. Outside of work, he enjoys the gym and spending time with his family and farm animals.
Alex Marnell
Electrical Apprentice
Alex Marnell, a 2025 Corydon Central High School graduate, joined the ZAHS team right after graduation with a strong passion for electrical work. Currently enrolled at Independent Electrical Contractors – Kentuckiana, he is dedicated to learning and growing in his trade. Known for his effort and attention to detail, Alex brings care to every task. Outside of work, he enjoys reading and going to the gym.
Gabe Elslager
Operations
Gabe Elslager, a Floyd Central High School graduate, has been a key part of ZAHS since joining in 2025. With a strong business sense and passion for the company, he helps support operations and ease day-to-day pressures, contributing to steady growth. Known for his dedication and efficiency, Gabe plays an important role in keeping things running smoothly. Outside of work, he enjoys disc golfing, singing with Voces Novae, running his side business, and spending time with his family.
Teresa Hebert

Teresa leads the H2Promo team, providing branded apparel, promotional products, and marketing support that strengthen ZAHS's public image. With expertise in customer experience and branding, she's a trusted advisor whose creativity and insight help the business grow.
Jake Hebert
Chief Financial Officer
Jake Hebert, based in Southern Indiana, serves as ZAHS’s Chief Financial Officer, stepping into the role in 2025 after years of advising the company’s growth. A graduate of Indiana University Southeast with degrees in Finance and Strategic Finance, he brings 12+ years of finance and IT leadership experience at a Fortune 50 company. Known for his composure and consistency, Jake is a key part of the ZAHS team. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, hiking, home brewing, and spending time with his wife and dog.
